Recoverymarket.com (also referred to as “we” or “our”) below, provides the following information and polices regarding your product purchase. Please review the following policies prior to making any purchase of our product.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We have strict no refund or replacement of products policy on any of our products. Once an order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled. All sales are final.

We understand that ordering compression garments online can be difficult. We are more than happy to help set up an online consultation to have you measured with one of our partners.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframe

By purchasing products from Recoverymarket.com you agree to our methods for packaging and shipping purchased products to you.

Recoverymarket.com strives to meet the 2-3 business day shipping timeframe, but as shipping is performed by third-party carriers, we do not guarantee nor accept liability for extended shipping timeframes. Please note that other factors outside of our control can impact shipping timeframes (e.g., weather conditions, delays due to contingencies with the carrier, supply chain disruptions etc.). 

All domestic Surgery Kit orders will be shipped via UPS ground shipping, other items may be shipped both Canada Post or by FedEx ground shipping. Once an order has been shipped from our storage facility, we are no longer responsible for your package including any lost or damaged products. You will need to contact UPS, FedEx or Canada Post to file a claim for your package. If you need help processing a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of you not receiving your package. During the claim process, we will not resend any lost/damage products, until the claim process is completed by the shipper responsible for transportation of your product  (this can take up to 10 business days).


Shipping Address

Your shipping address must match your billing address (the “Delivery Point”). Recoverymarket.com will only accept orders with shipping addresses that indicate a physical address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All products will be delivered to the Delivery Point in accordance with the delivery schedule of the shipper. Unless otherwise instructed by yourself to the third-party carrier, delivers may be left at the physical address without obtaining a proof of signed receipt. It is your responsibility to track your purchase and be available to receive your purchase upon arrival to the Delivery Point.
